JSC Bank "Kontrakt" has the License of the State commission on securities and stock market JSB No 218364 dated May,19,2005 to perform its professional activities on the securities’ market of Ukraine:

• depositary activities of securities custodian;

• activities on keeping the registers of nominal securities owners.

The Bank "Kontrakt" has rendered Depositary services of the Securities Custodian since 2000.

Depositors can enjoy a wide range of custodian’s services, knowledge, experience and professionalism of our bank personnel, as well as the bank’s depositary, modern computer hardware and software. Availability of its own Custodian allows the Bank "Kontrakt" to provide for customer’s complex servicing on the securities market. These services may be ordered by enterprises, organizations and natural persons who own securities or issue them.

The Bank provides for qualified services on accounting the securities issued in non-documentary form or immobilized securities, as well as services on realizing related transactions (purchase, sale, exchange, inheritance, etc.)

• closed custody — custody of securities by providing a customer with a bank safe without any instructions on the bank’s actions regarding the securities;
• open custody — custody of securities by providing the bank, together with a letter of attorney on securities custody, with instructions on bank’s actions in a particular situation.

Registrator’s services are provided to:

• legal entities – issuers of nominal securities;

• natural persons- shareholders;

Complex of registered services provided to issuers by the Bank Kontrakt includes:

- formation of register systems by the results of assignments of securities issues accepted from the previous register keeper;

- keeping the registers of nominal securities owners with strict observance of the requirements of State controlling authorities;

- organization and holding the general shareholders’ meeting taking decisions and  registering minutes;

- calculation and charging dividends, arrangement of their payment;

- delivery of information materials to shareholders which is ordered by the issuer;

- consultancy accompanying and documentary registration of issuer’s securities;

- consultancy services on securities circulation and accounting of their property rights;
