Authorized capital of TF Bank “Kontrakt” will be increased
On April, 21th, 2009, General shareholders of Open Joint-stock company Trade Finance Bank “Kontrakt” meeting decided to increase authorized capital of the Bank by 82,81%.
This increasing of authorized capital will be fulfilled for account of additional fees by ordinary shares private placing among actual shareholders of the Bank. The volume of issue is 30 mln hryvnyas.
