OverdraftBaseline terms and conditions for granting overdrafts to legal entities in the Bank “Kontrakt”
- No requirement to periodically make the balance zero.
- No interest rate is incurred for use of overdraft in case of repayment of debt in the same day.
- Possibility to use overdraft from the first month after opening current account in the Bank “Kontrakt”, on the grounds of statements on borrower’s turnovers in other banks.
- Term of overdraft: 12 months, with possibility of prolongation.
- Currencies of overdraft: hryvnas, US dollars.
- Amount of overdraft: from UAH 200 thousands to UAH 5 millions; from USD 40 thousands to USD 1 million. No limits if the overdraft is secured by monetary funds.
- Periodicity of limit review: on a monthly basis, without submission of new package of documents.
- Accrual of interest: on morning balance of debt, not on total overdraft limit.
- Baseline interest rate: interest rates of the Bank "Kontrakt" vary depending on the specifics of borrower's business, kind of project and of security.
- Overdraft commissions:
- commission for setting overdraft limit: 1% of limit amount;
- commission for debiting current account above liability balance: 0.05% of the amount of the tranche.
Amount of overdraft:
- up to 50% of the average monthly turnover — non-collaterized (blank),
- up to 40% of the average monthly turnover — collaterized by goods in circulation,
- up to 100% of the average monthly turnover — collaterized by immovable property (combined collateral is possible),
- up to 100% of the average monthly turnover — collaterized by the deposit with Bank "Kontrakt".
Additional expenses that may occur in the process of crediting granting:
- payment for carrying out an independent expert appraisal of pledged (mortgaged) property;
- remuneration of notary for certifying pledge (mortgage) contract;
- payment of insurance premium when insuring pledged (mortgaged) property.
