• Effectiveness: during three days our customer receives a preliminary reply on credit facility provided that a short list of documents has been submitted;

• Clarity: provision of a final reply on crediting during two weeks after the submission of a full package of documents;

• Flexibility: we have a flexible approach to loan payment schedule, collateral appraisal and its structure, insurance, notarization.

Real estate, vehicles, equipment can serve as a collateral for loan receipt at the Kontrakt Bank. Other types of collateral can be considered also.
