Internet-Banking

The Internet-Banking System enables the following in online mode:

To form and to send to the Bank payment orders in national and foreign currencies from a computer at client’s office;
To form and to send to the Bank requests for purchase/sale of foreign currency;
To receive bank statements of money flows through account from the Bank;
To set up business rules for making payments from account of the client on business parameters set by the client*;
To exchange written communications with the Bank.
* to be set up additionally

For convenience of the user, the following reference guides are maintained in automatic/semi-automatic mode by the software:

reference guide of Ukrainian banks and SWIFT codes;
reference guide of client’s counteragents (the reference guide is formed by the client);
currency exchange rates.

There is a possibility to exchange information messages with attached files between the Bank and the Client. Electronic digital signatures are used in all documents, messages and files which are transmitted. The confidentiality of transmitted information is guaranteed.

The system is very easy to use. For using the System, a client only needs any modern computer with any operating system installed, and any Web-browser and access to Internet.

GSM-Banking (Mobile Banking)
Using GSM-Banking System, “Kontrakt” Bank’s clients have the possibility to instantly receive information pertaining to money flows through their accounts, balances of their accounts, and, if desired, other useful information.

GSM-Banking System facilitates the following:

to access the information on state of the account, any money movements at the account;
to mitigate the risk of unauthorized use of funds held in the account;
to receive reports in the form of SMS messages to a mobile phone, or in the form of messages to any e-mail address specified by the client;
to select in advance the necessary kind of information to be received;
in order to connect to the GSM-Banking System, it is necessary to fill-in an application form, to sign it ant to submit it to an employee of the Front Office of the Bank.
